1、 Precautions for loading

1. Keep the installation surface of the vacuum pump and engine clean during operation;

2. The sealing ring on the installation surface of the vacuum pump should ensure a good fit;

3. Ensure that the air inlet and connecting pipe of the vacuum pump are tightly sealed;

4. Check the oil level and cleanliness of the engine oil.

5. It is prohibited to apply sealant on the installation surface of the vacuum pump.

2、 Fault Cause Analysis

1. Hard braking:

① Aging or damage of the intake pipe interface, resulting in sealing leakage at the connection with the intake port;

② When installing the intake pipe, ensure that the intake joint of the vacuum pump is not loose, otherwise it may cause air leakage and insufficient pressure.

2. Oil leakage fault:

① The sealing ring on the installation surface is damaged;

② The installation of the vacuum pump is tilted, causing the sealing ring on the installation surface to not fit properly;

③ There is dirt on the installation surface, causing the sealing ring to not fit properly;

④ When installing the intake pipe, ensure that the intake joint of the vacuum pump is not loose, otherwise it may cause oil leakage.

3. Abnormal noise fault

① : Carbon accumulation or residual sealing material clogging the oil hole, resulting in dry grinding of the vacuum pump;

② The installation of the vacuum pump is tilted.
